Rodas and Walker died after the stunt drivers' 2005 Carrera GT, collided with three trees in LA, before bursting into flames and killing both occupants last November.

Kristine Rodas, widow of Roger, is suing Porsche for its ongoing faults with the Carrera GT's suspension, which is suspected to be the reason why the car careered off into the trees.

The lawsuit is claiming that "The Carrera GT was unsafe for its intended use by reason of defects in its manufacture, design, testing, component and constituents, so that it would not safely serve its purpose,"

This is in light that Porsche did not do enough to reinforce the cars suspension, roll cage and gas tank. It is also understood that the GT was Rodas' 'problem child' out of his vast collection of supercars.

However, this contradicts the LA Police's assumptions that the car was travelling at a seriously high speed of up to 93 mph, but Rodas' lawyers are further claiming that the car was travelling at just 55 mph.

Porsche have also spoke out on the lawsuit and said that the GT was roadworthy after records of it's last and recent servicing.
